Lo svolgitore BM143 è una macchina progettata e costruita per essere inserita negli impianti che sono alimentati da rotoli di tessuto e di TNT.

Per effettuare il cambio rotoli senza fermare l’impianto principale la macchina è composta da n.2 carrelli indipendenti: mentre uno lavora, l’altro viene sganciato dall’impianto, caricato con un nuovo rotolo e reinserito rimanendo in posizione di attesa.

Lo stiro del materiale viene controllato elettronicamente tramite un encoder.

La macchina viene fornita anche con gruppi di taglio laterali a pressione o ad ultrasuoni e con l’avvolgitore (MOD146) per il recupero delle cimose.

UNROLL MACHINE mod. BM143

LAP MACHINE mod. BM146

The unroll machine BM143 is constructed and projected to be inserted in the plants which are feeded by either fabric rolls or TNT.

In order to change the roll without causing a total interruption of the main plant, the machine is provided by two independent trollies. While one of them keeps working, the other one is removed from the plant and remains in a stand-by position in order to be loaded with a new roll and inserted again.

The stretching of the material is controlled electronically using an encoder.

The machine is provided by groups of pneumatic scor or ultrasound lateral cut knife holders, as well as a lap machine that can salvage the remaining material MOD BM146
