Sistema di taglio e saldatura ad ultrasuoni

Per facilitare la movimentazione e il lavoro di bordatura delle trapunte, la Brosiomeccanica ha progettato e realizzato un sistema di taglio ad ultrasuoni da inserire all’uscita della trapuntatrice.  L’utilizzo dei gruppi ultrasuoni danno il vantaggio di tenere legati i bordi dei materiali trapuntati durante la fase di taglio.

Con un sistema elettronico sviluppato dalla Brosiomeccanica si riesce a controllare l’ampiezza dei gruppi ultrasuoni in funzione della velocità della tra puntatrice e della grammatura dei materiali.

Le impostazioni, le regolazioni e gli allarmi vengono visualizzati su un terminale di tipo toush screen posto sul pannello frontale dell’apparecchiatura elettrica.

Caratteristiche meccaniche

Il sistema è composto da una struttura in acciaio al carbonio dove vengono installate numero due teste ultrasuoni, una sul lato sinistro e una sul lato destro, che hanno il compito di rifilare il materiale trapuntato. Il terzo gruppo ultrasuoni viene installato su di un carrello che effettua il taglio trasversale.

Ultrasound cutting and welding system

for quilted product

To make easy the movement and the hemming work of the quilts, Brosiomeccanica has planned and realized a Ultrasound cutting and welding system to insert after a quilt machine.

The ultrasound groups that we use allows to keep together the edge of the quilted products during the cutting process.

With an electronic system developed by Brosiomeccanica one can control the wideness of the ultrasound group with any speed of the quilt machine and any gram of the materials.

All the setting, the adjustment and the alarms can be seen on a touch screen monitor on the frontal panel of the electronic equipment.

Mechanical characteristics

The system is composed by a carbon steel structure where two ultrasound head are installed, one on the right side and one on the left side. This ultrasound have to trim the quilted material. A third ultrasound group, installed on a truck, is used for the transversal cutting.
